Product Description
Metal content/ metal detectable cable ties are commonly used within the food and pharmaceutical processing industries. The inclusion of finely dispersed metal particles within the nylon polymer enables even small cut off sections to be detected by standard metal detecting equipment.
Blue in colour for easy visual detection, reducing the risk of contamination. Can be used as part of HACCP process.
The head design of our cable tie guarantees high tensile strength and low insertion force. They are easy to thread with no flash and have inside serrations for a secure hold.
They can be tensioned by hand or with one of our tensioning tools. The self-locking mechanism allows the cable ties to be quickly secured in place.
