Product Description
Vibration warning cable ties are designed to help control the risk of excessive exposure to hand arm vibration using a vivid colour coded system. They are durable and flexible for easily attaching to tooling without additional fixings, providing long lasting and simple identification. These printed coloured cable ties are a cost effective method to assist risk management.
Colour coded for easy identification:
- Red: For vibrations above 10m/s²
- Orange: For vibrations between 5 & 10m/s²
- Green: For vibrations below 5m/s²
Our cable ties are manufactured to meet or exceed industry standards using premium quality, virgin nylon (PA66). The head design of our cable tie guarantees high tensile strength and low insertion force. They are easy to thread with no flash and have inside serrations for a secure hold.
They can be tensioned by hand or with one of our tensioning tools. The self-locking mechanism allows the cable ties to be quickly secured in place.
